So...Head scarves, huh? The BUR is more a formality, honestly, but I did want to use it to start a discussion: what are we gonna do with these tags? Obviously "x headwear" won't cut it, but "x head scarf" sounds kinda silly in my opinion. But they aren't hats either. And I don't think the people searching for scarves want to see head scarves either. So...What should we do with them?
It'd probably look less silly if it was written correctly as "headscarf" instead of splitting it into two words.

It seems to just be a case of one beating the other in being a tag. headscarf as a tag was first made in June 2008, but head scarf was already a tag by that point. This would eventually lead to topic #8805 in 2012, with headscarf being aliased and ending the mistagging, relatively speaking. There was no discussion at any point, just an understanding that the tag that was first and more populated should be the main one, essentially. Oldbooru things.

Let's see how people feel about reversing the alias then. Assuming this alias goes through (and we agree color headscarf tags can stay), it should be pretty painless to manually switch the current color tags over to "x headscarf". But one step at a time.

So I take it we want to keep these, right? If so, we better bring them in line with the new tag name (and let me just say: white headscarf already feels less silly a tag). If this BUR passes, we can work on populating these headscarf tags, and hopefully establish enough for implication.

Alright, enough time has passed that these colored tags (barring aqua) have been left to flourish. All that's left to do now is properly implicate them. If anyone wants to kill them, on the off-chance (I personally do not), this is your final shot to do so. Otherwise, I'm sick of tagging headscarf manually with these.
