create implication on_car -> car
create implication on_motorcycle -> motorcycle
create implication on_truck -> truck
create implication on_van -> van
follows pattern of on_desk on_table etc
I don't see a situation where these tags should be used that wouldn't also have the tag of the vehicle in question.
