Pokemon character implication

BUR #32280 has been rejected.

create implication pibu_(pokemon) -> pichu

Seeing that his parents, Pika and Chuchu already imply Pikachu, either Pibu should imply Pichu, or those two shouldn't imply Pikachu.

BUR #32281 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

remove implication pika_(pokemon) -> pikachu
remove implication chuchu_(pokemon) -> pikachu

Alternative if we want to remove the implication on these characters since they're named individuals and could hypothetically be drawn as a different species (though I think it's unlikely).

These characters could be drawn in an evolved state, or as a personification.

If they were personified wouldn't they still get the Pikachu tag? Granted I wasn't thinking of evolving so that does change my vote.
