BUR #33125 has been rejected.
create alias on_toilet -> toilet_use
These two tags are pretty much the same thing but are not used mutually. It makes it difficult to find pictures of cute anime girls using the toilet when there's two different tags in use.
And while you're not physically "on" it when using a squat toilet, I still think the tags should be merged for efficiency.

If the post has piss or scat in it then it should be tagged with peeing or scat. There are plenty of on_toilet and toilet_use posts without piss or shit.

I just don't see a need for two tags that are used for the same thing.
If you click into on toilet, the 2-4th most recently posted images as of this writing (post #8334672 and children) are of a tied-up girl in a bodysuit chained atop a closed toilet seat. I don't see how that can be described as "toilet use."
Lower on the same page, there is post #8287917. Images like these are not uncommon.
The two are not the same, and not per se used for the same thing.
Firstly, sitting on a toilet and using it are two different things. Men often use a toilet without sitting on it. And there are plenty of pictures that show girls sitting on a toilet without using it.
Secondly, there are different kinds of toilets. You don't sit on a squat toilet: on_toilet squat_toilet has 0 posts while on_toilet toilet has 9 pages (toilet_use squat_toilet has 14 pages, toilet_use toilet has 57).
The latter is an action, one that I don't want to see. The former is an object that's being sat (or stood) on, which could have some funny results I do want to see. These aren't the same and shouldn't be treated the same either. Arguably the current dichotomy does what you want better.
The bulk update request #33125 (forum #317049) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
