tag lookup by date?

Is it possible to search for images sorted by when a certain tag was applied?

I'd like to be able to search and sort by when the "translated" tag was added, as opposed to when the image was uploaded. That way, I can see when an old image got updated with a translation.

For example, the captain freedom touhou comics.

Well, you can click "Notes" in the top bar and see all posts that have had notes modified, although you can't search for specific posts that way.

There's also the History>Notes part of the sidebar.
