I don't think there's enough visual distinction between them for unworn hair bow to have its own tag

I misread your BUR. I thought it was an implication, not an alias

Some things here are unworn ribbons rather than unworn bows. A bow once untied becomes a ribbon.

I'm also worried that eventually some genius will realize that technically gift boxes have bows that aren't being worn on the body and start using this tag for that. This tag is really meant for hair bows and the like.
