Nuke the Touhou Devil tag

BUR #40622 has been rejected.

Made the tag quite awhile back as didn't know Senkou/Pink Haired Makai Resident's name at the time so made a character tag for the art based on what the artist labeled her (and the fact she looks quite off model in that art too didn't help lol)

This is a really small tag, you can just remove the tags by hand and no one would really notice

The bulk update request #40622 (forum #349921) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
