Firing at viewer should implicate firing?

create implication firing_at_viewer -> firing

I'm a bit afraid to make this BUR, as I don't know much about guns or weaponry and weapon tagging here gets quite granular. However, just like aiming at viewer implicates aiming, I believe firing at viewer should implicate firing. I mean... it is doing the thing the verb is describing.

Sounds good to me. I really think this shouldn't be a hard BUR, and you don't really need an extent knowledge of weapons for this.

I think it is necessary to distinguish between aiming and firing.
Especially in the current firing at viewer, many of them are just aiming or charging (=powering up).
And does aiming with powering up count as firing?

If they're not firing then aiming at viewer should be used instead.
