Update qualifiers for The Wizard of Oz characters

BUR #41048 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

rename toto_(twooz) -> toto_(the_wizard_of_oz)
rename scarecrow_(twooz) -> scarecrow_(the_wizard_of_oz)

Right now we have a few Wizard of Oz characters with qualifiers, toto_(twooz) and the scarecrow_(twooz) qualified with "twooz" and tin_man_(the_wizard_of_oz) with the full title. I think it should be consistent between them and personally I prefer the full title qualifier.

I'm all for shorter qualifiers but I would never have guessed that "twooz" is short for "the wizard of oz" at first glance.

Well... "twooz" is a funny acronym indeed. It stands for "The Wizard of Oz".

May we suggest "twoz" instead? As in "twOz"?

I don't think there's anything wrong with just having it as "the wizard of oz". It's not like a Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken qualifier or Shuumatsu Nani Shitemasu ka? Isogashii desu ka? Sukutte Moratte Ii desu ka?

I don't really care if it's long or short, but if it must be shortened, why not just *_(oz)? The sequel's called Return to Oz; I'd be comfortable shortening the franchise as a whole to just "Oz".
