Turn "cat_shadow_puppet" into a meme tag

BUR #41212 has been approved by @evazion.

rename cat_shadow_puppet -> cat_shadow_puppet_(meme)

Unlike fox_shadow_puppet and dog_shadow_puppet, this tag refers to redraws of the specific image. And often they don't even include the cat shadow (e.g. post #9301298, post #9300325, post #9296978).

If possible, there should also be a better name for this.

KnowYourMeme has coined the name Cat Shadow Trend though this article is still pending so the name may change.

Regarding the current *_shadow_puppet tags, they are somewhat a misnomer:
Shadow puppets are paper cutouts or even actual puppets/dolls which are then used in light based theatre known as Shadow Play or Shadow Puppetry
Shadow hand puppets are figures made by moving your hands to cast shadows, which is known as Shadowgraphy

The *_shadow_puppet tags are currently exclusively used for shadow hand puppets so they could safely be aliased to *_shadow_hand_puppet to disambiguate them even more from the meme.

Also, I've seen an uptick in a frog variant. Should these be included in this meme tag, or be tagged seperately?

Include them into this tag just like how Tung Tung Tung Sahur is considered as part of Italian brainrot AI animals meme despise being from Indonesia
