Is there any evidence that 100% shows gyuunyuu_nomio (牛乳のみお) is the same person as osanai_nii (小山内にい)?

All I know is that osanai_nii is likely the same person as the V-tuber osanai_mei (小山内めい). Youtube / X
Evidence: the osanai_nii's pixiv stacc name being (onamaimei), same doujin series published both under "osanai_nii" and "mei", and this twitter thread

Could the Twitter thread be referring to gyuunyuu_nomio, and after osanai_mei "graduated", the artist moved on to use osanai_nii?

Based on Gyuunyuu Nomio's artist entry history, that tag's deleted wiki, and the wiki you linked, it appears that @imturnlc was the main proponent of that artist being the same as the now-aliased onamaimei (artist #332779) and that everyone else just went along with it, affirmed with the BUR in question you linked.

I'll ping them here and see if they have anything to comment on your stance that the two artists are in fact not the same, and that the BUR/edits should be reversed and separated once more (leaving us with either three tags, Gyuunyuu Nomio, onamaimei, and Osanai Mei (artist), or two tags, Gyuunyuu Nomio, and Osanai Mei (artist), depending on whether everyone reading thinks the evidence presented for onamaimei being Osanai Mei (artist) is good enough).
