remove implication deepthroat -> fellatio
As per the deepthroat wiki, it applies to deepthroating objects other than penises or phallic objects (anal beads, for example), which contradicts fellatio being specifically for actual blowjobs, or at least phallic objects. As such, either the wiki needs revision or it needs unimplying, and I think that this is the correct choice since deepthroating shouldn't be exclusive to actual fellatio.

Hmmmm... I can definitely agree on the logic of implying simulated_fellatio to fellatio, so it seems like the disconnect is just in that it is, in fact, possible to deepthroat a non-phallic object, or just generally deepthroat an object in a way that does not actually mirror/resemble fellatio. Kind of a fine distinction, so it's understandable how that got missed when all of the fellatio tags were being cleaned up
