Just so you know, we now have a bot that automatically makes costume implication requests (topic #31779), though it's still under development. There are still Tales of (series) costume tags that don't have wikis, so what I would do is create wikis for those tags, then ask for the bot to search the copyright and request all of the implications at once. This can save you and other users some time since you won't have to make the BURs yourself.
Make sure to update list of tales of... characters too. I haven't enabled the bot for this series, but I'll do that whenever I catch up with BURs again.
Bot is now automatic and is posting requests in topic #32422.
