Rename yuran_(race) to yuran_(rimworld) for clarity

BUR #43487 has been rejected.

rename yuran_(race) -> yuran_(rimworld)

Should be renamed for clarity since Yuran race only existed as rimworld mod (as far as I searched, there's no hits on google outside of rimworld).

I've moved the tags manually because it was created recently and it had only two posts. I've also changed it to a character tag because I think that's more appropriate, but someone else can change it back if I'm wrong.

Thanks! I changed it back from character to general since it's not limited to one specific character (it's a race, after all), but seeing all other race tag is character-typed, I guess I should let it for uniformity.

The bulk update request #43487 (forum #365376) has been rejected by @Rathurue.
