nvm it's still broken, I guess this will have to wait until autorejection.
Search finds it, its forum #349991.
Should it not be approved? Asking because it looks like I can do that but I don't want to mess up things even more.
I didn't accept it because I couldn't find a link between the artists, but judging from some tests on Testbooru, it can't be approved or rejected - it results in an error. I keep forgetting to open a GitHub issue about it. This is reproducible at a 100% rate by trying to create a BUR where the forum post validation fails but the BUR goes through (particularly, add more than the max number of embeds allowed, which is currently 5).

Both of you are missing the problem, if you visit BUR #40640 it lists no topic attached so it can't be approved because the bot doesn't know where to post the approval message.

Autorejection always strikes after 45 days, right? I think this BUR (and a few more actually) have been going for longer than that.

Won't autorejection also fail for the same reason? 
It's been 60 days since the BUR was posted (April 30th) so maybe. The BUR can clearly highlight in the views what topic the BUR belongs to but forum #349991 is not the BUR's post, that was manually edited in after the validation of the original post failed (as in the post that should've been created was not, it doesn't exist).
ETA: The BUR itself via BUR #40640 doesn't list an attached topic, however the BUR listing does.
