Do you mean how long it takes you to create tags? I think that's something that speeds up naturally with time; I think I tag images in half the time I did when I first started. Edit: I've also learned some tags auto-complete faster if you start typing the second word (if applicable) instead of the first. partially visible vulva for example becomes the second choice after you type "vu". That kind of thing can also speed up tagging.

Pixiv's recommendations work really well for finding new art. Also be sure to install userscripts for Pixiv and Twitter which will tell you if something has already been uploaded. (you can find them here - forum #244548)

Beware, the Pixiv userscript will only say if it's been uploaded from Pixiv. It's still possible to upload a duplicate if someone has uploaded from twitter or another site, even if the script says it's okay. You'll need to run reverse image searches to be sure (which do sometimes return false negatives too). The twitter script doesn't have that limitation.

I understand, to install the pixiv one, do I copy the code in it's entirety when I create the new userscript?
Apart from what has already been said, a great way to speed up your tagging is to use the almighty slash, instead of typing out hair_over_one_eye, you could simply type /hooe <tab> for instance.
Once you've learned what the tags are you can blaze through tagging using slashes pretty quickly.
