Multiple thigh straps necessarily implies the presence of a thigh strap.
The only thing is the name and scope of the tag. The wiki says that the intent is for multiple thigh straps on one leg. I feel like the result of this is people are going to see the tag exists, completely disregard the wiki and use it whenever any more than one thigh strap is present no matter what. The tag might beget some undue maintenance as a result due to pollution.
We do have precedent through *_one_leg tags. multiple thigh straps around one leg is sort of unwieldy though.
