Rename Cinderella Gray's Dictus Striker to Dicta Striker

BUR #51755 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias dictus_striker_(umamusume) -> dicta_striker_(umamusume)

While the mix-up is understandable due to how similar Dicta Striker's name is written out in kana compared to Ikuno Dictus, almost all official merch and art writes the name out as Dicta Striker when in Roman Letters. post #10066219 is an official guest piece with the name written out in Roman Letters as an example.

Even without the official art references, the current name is still obviously wrong. There's only one ス. It's ディクタ and ストライカ, not ディクタス and ストライカ.
