So I have question concerning the rules of uploading video edits of existing artwork. i.e. when an image or variant set gets turned into an animated video or gif.
When the maker of the video is someone who is not the artist but a third party is that allowed or only when the original artist is aware and has given their blessing for the video to be made?
For example I have uploaded several works by CEO Neet who is known for making urogia from several aritsts such as Horosuke and I know they collab on these things so I know its alright
But what about when I come across a video edit of existing artwork from a person I do no know? should I verify that they have the permission of the original artist to make said video or can I upload it regardless?
