How to handle the licking_finger tag

create implication licking_another's_finger -> licking_finger
create implication licking_own_finger -> licking_finger

Normally, we'd deprecate the more general tag when we have own/another pairs, but I can imagine there might be some close-up images where there's both a hand and face in frame but you can't tell if they belong to the same person. Making it an implication would allow us to catch these edge cases.

deprecate licking_finger

Alternate BUR containing the standard option of deprecation. Note that this will prevent us from tagging edge cases like the ones described above.

imo if licking finger is an option taggers won't tag own/another's finger more often, so it's better to force taggers to pick one than having a tag for ambiguous fingers
