Not sure if we want this tag to keep this name, I see a bunch of mistags in there already for people who are tagging it on any belt in the normal spot.

maybe we should move them to belted shirt, belted dress etc. then?

The bulk update request #52783 (forum #411127) has been rejected by @evazion.

Useless alias since autocomplete already returns belt around waist when searching for waist belt.

High belt also exists for high-waisted belts and is the larger tag, except people are using it for chest belts and underbust belts.
