Ting-Lu is one of eleven species of Pokémon to have a qualifier in their tag, the others being Gloom, Persian, Golem, Electrode, Kabuto, Mew, Roselia, Deino, Iron Hands, and Chi-Yu. Unlike the other ten, its name doesn't seem to overlap with any existing tag(s). Typing "ting-lu" into the search bar brings up ting-lu (pokemon), ting-lu (pokemon) (cosplay), and nothing else. A qualifier doesn't seem necessary in this instance, though if there is a legitimate reason which I'm not aware of, then I have no issue with this BUR being rejected.
