Maybe. There are other kinds of cyclones besides hurricanes, but that distinction may not matter so much for Danbooru purposes. There's also tropical cyclone, but I think people would think of the words "hurricane" and "typhoon" before that.

It's probably dependent on where your live. Going by the map, Australians might be most familiar with the term "cyclone."
