I've got a problem. All images load very slowly. If I try to download image wia download manager speed is about 2-5kb/s. I think I've noticed this problem around two weeks ago.
Downloads from other sites or torrents work just fine.
So, what's wrong?
Problems on server?
Limits for non-privileged users?
Limits for some countries?
