A tag for this hand gesture?

I'm not sure if there's a specific name for that gesture. I've typically assoicated that gesture with fidgeting and feeling nervous.

Fidgeting sounds good.

I would agree with using fidgeting also.

And maybe a fidget -> fidgeting alias as well.

Will this tag be used only for this type of hand gesture? Or are there other things that we'll be putting into it?

I'd say any hands activity signifying uneasiness would qualify.
