Request for unapproval of a picture

Not sure if there is a topic for thisbut I tried to use the "Unapprove" option on the page and it wouldn't let me. I am assuming it's only for Priviliged+ users.
post #695415 is the picture I am talking about, this picture isn't very good nor is it very amusing.

On the otherhand I've noticed that ever since this user has been promoted to Contributor status he has been uploading some works that aren't very good. Not to sa that everything he uploads is bad but say...10% isn't up to quality that people expect from Danbooru. Though this is just me being bias and if it is looked down upon on what is uploaded by contributors then please delete this topic.

Eh, if it were a lot bigger at not pixel art, it'd probably be better.

The fact that it's pixel art is fine.

The fact that it's the pixel art equivalent of a nude filter is not, however.

This is a pretty silly thread, but I think it's fair to at least send the picture through the queue.

Definitely much too small and nondescript even for pixel art.
