Reason: Same thing, and only one such tag is needed.

If a character had a multi-cock, there'd have to be multiple penises.

I disagree with you Peejster. Just because a character has more than one penis doesn't necessarily mean that he (or her(?)) should be tagged multiple_penises, depending on the purpose of the multiple_penises tag. Right now it seems it is to tag several characters with an exposed penis in the image. A lone character with a multi-cock then would not fit in with the tag, unless there was more than one character each with their own multi-cock.

Aliasing multi_cock -> extra_penises.

This way it matches the other extra_* tags.

And while Peejster makes a good point, its probably best to keep them separate, since most likely its not something someone searching multiple_penises would be expecting, or wanting, to find.
