i agree that pictures and cameras are different things, but i suggested to alias cellphone_picture and cellphone_camera because both tags are used interchangeably.

but maybe both should be kept, and used more like picture and camera: cellphone_picture showing an actual picture on a cellphone like in post #719095, cellphone_camera showing the device in the moment a picture or video is taken, like in post #708985
