Could :p implicate tongue_out?
I did not even know there was a tongue out tag. I would only place the tongue tag if it was actually out of the mouth. It hasn't been a frequently used tag, it seems.
It's probably another of my bastard tag-children. Wanna say I've used it more for the times when someone's mouth is open with the tongue lolled out, disqualifying it from the :p and :q tags, but not being as simple as, "Yes, dear, we can see your tongue in there," situations.

But to my knowledge, neither :p and :q technically require the tongue tag, so it seems that most cases of tongue will overlap with tongue_out
Did tongue_out -> tongue.
