There exists a fair share of people who seem to think that rating of "questionable" is somehow a flaw and everything has to be either explicit or safe (probably because it's the default, so it comes to be seen as the rating equivalent of "tagme").
That is not true, in fact, the majority of pictures on danbooru fall into the questionable category. The most recent example is Kingvict, post #176266 is *not* safe, yet you tagged it and post #176271 as such. Don't do that, if a post is questionable, just rate is as questionable.
