Advanced tag subscription

Been wondering about this for a while. Is there any way to do multiple-tag subscription queries? Example: Right now one of my Characters: tag subscriptions is Cirno. But I don't particularly like explicit Cirno pics. Is there any way to make it so that the only Cirno pics in my tag subscription are -rating:e cirno?

If it's just for yourself, you could blacklist the unwanted combination. Otherwise as far as I can tell there's no way.

You may want to have a tag subscription on safebooru, though I don't know how things work on there.
