All of the translation notes are blank

I've been looking through different pictures and they are all blank and can't be moved.

I'm not sure if something is changing or if something broke.

edit: and now it was working again. It was a five minute period where nothing was working.

edit2: Now all of my features to check uploads, favorites, and tag-subscriptions are blank along with the "posts" section. Notes are still working, however.

Do a hard refresh (ctrl+F5).
