Tag Alias: chocolate_bar -> candy_bar

Aliasing chocolate_bar -> candy_bar.

Reason: Neither tag is heavily used. Candy_bar alone would work for ones not made from chocolate, while adding the chocolate tag would take care of the rest.

I think they are different enough from each other, even if they aren't populated.
