Tag Implication: open_kimono -> kimono

open_kimono should implicate kimono. However, it'd first need a cleanup to separate it from open_yukata, which also needs an implication to yukata.

The first has already been proposed in forum #59824.

I'm not sure that a cleanup is absolutely neccessary since a yukata is by definition (and mostly by appearance) a light summer kimono. I can see where it would get clunky where every open yukata takes all four tags though.

Why aren't we just using open_clothes kimono for these?

Or open_clothes shirt instead of open shirt? You can have open clothes and kimono in the same picture without there being an open kimono.

That's true for every combo tag, and is a limitation of the system. I guess a better argument is why we don't use open_kimono for open_yukatas. The alternative is the case where everything is aliased properly, and every open_yukata gets tagged with all four tags.
