For some reason, I always get that message when trying to post a comment on a picture, I got in a few minutes ago, and I haven't even made a comment or forum post in the last 2 days. What's up with that? And I've logged out and logged in a few times the last couple days.

I don't know why your alternate account KooHooP hasn't been blocked yet. You main account is (the blocked) DOCoSPADEo, so you shouldn't be able to comment at all, anyway.

Hmm, good point. Ironically this account accidentally got privileged status not too long ago due to a misunderstanding.
I'll just stop using this until I'm unblocked on my main.

i'm not a new member, yet i get this same message. is it an hourly limit on comments?
Yes, ten per hour I believe.
I thought it was ten bumps an hour, but no limit on no-bump comments.
