There's no point in trying, the system will reject all future uploads of posts not approved previously.

You can't repost an image that was deleted, unless it is completely purged from the database which I think only an admin can do.

I believe this check works through the md5-hash, so if you slightly modify the picture it will become uploadable, but that`s exactly the point why I asked about abuse.
If you`re posting an image, you want to show the picture, not the file that contains it.

Of the 13 images I've uploaded, two of them are newly uploaded and are still pending and three got deleted because they weren't approved in three days. Based on what I've read it seems that the three posts that were deleted won't be brought back.
