Things banned from Danbooru - includes artists

In the upload page, there is a list named "The following things are banned from Danbooru".

I suggest adding to that list a link to the list of banned authors. (the authors who don't want their art here)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think these artists' tags implicate "banned artists", so if you do post a banned artist's stuff, "Find artist" gives "Banned Artists"

They do imply banned_artist, but Find Artist only gives you the artist, that's it.

It should turn up banned_artist as well unless someone purged the artist entry.
