If an artist on NNS has only one very common name and nothing else to go by (no external links to their official website, Pixiv, etc. to get another name to qualify them), what should be the standard qualifier? There seems to be inconsistency on the few existing artists like that (whether there are one or two "nico"'s, whether "seiga" is included, whether the artist's ID number is in the tag, etc.)

Anyone? I still need to name this artist and have no idea what exactly to use as the tag. Unless just simply using mitsu (and renaming the existing artist to mitsu_ei) is viable enough. EDIT: Looks like someone did already name the artist mitsu_(nicoseiga), but of course that is inconsistent with the other existing qualified Nico artists. Really need to agree on something so there's no inconsistency.
Personally I'd say mitsu_(nico_21543130) is sadly our best bet. It is unlikely that there will be another art site that goes by nico something so the second nico and seiga can safely be dropped.
This is assuming multiple users with the same name can exist on niconico, if not, we could probably just do Mitsu_(niconico). This is, however, fairly unlikely and less useful if the ability does pop up at some point.
That was my qualification. I just slapped something on to get the artist tagged knowing it can easily be aliased to something better at any time.
I think the only real issue, as Log pointed out, is that if Nico Nico allows multiple users to use the same username, then the qualifier is completely meaningless. Consistency is nice but not really needed here.
I really hate numbered artist tags, though. Hard to remember. But I guess there's not much of choice.
Well, even if Nico didn't allow the same username (haven't checked to see if it's the case or not), there could probably still be another "mitsu" using a different style of writing for their username. This one is katakana, but someone else could be "mitsu" in hiragana, kanji, romaji, etc.
