Two "MisXY Thumbnails" Pools

We have

Should we merge them into one?

One is for *missing* thumbnails (i.e. posts with broken or no thumbnails) and the other is for *misleading* thumbnails (i.e. posts whose thumbnails make you think they depict something different from what's actually depicted).

Next time be a little more careful and post in the Pointless Pools thread (forum #12295).

By the way, the missing thumbnails pool doesn't seem to be fixing the thumbnails as it's meant to.

Some thumbnails get fixed with the job periodically running, but the ones you see there right now seem to be stuck that way.
