Looks more like sloppy twintails to me. Even if it was, though, I think asymmetrical hairstyle would be enough.

Yes.

Assymetrical payot seems fine to me. I'm tempted to suggest single payot to go with the other hair tags, but I'm not sure if the word 'payot' actually refers to one sidelock or the style as a whole. Either way, 'assymetrical' would work.

AFAIK, the word "payot" refers to the hairstyle, so single payot wouldn't work, while assymetrical payot of single sidelock would.

I'm pretty sure payot is just a name for a forelock/sidelock and not really a "style" I believe it's Hebrew?

That's not a payot. It's part of her bangs. You can see the part where the payots would be are tied up into her twintails.

twintails + asymmetrical hairstyle works just fine here.

Not that that solution doesn't work, but I'm pretty sure if it's far enough to side to be clear of the eyes, it's not bangs anymore.

That doesn't make it a payot, though. That's why I said sloppy twintails. She tied up more of her hair in one twintail on one side of her head than the other, leaving a "payot" on one side. If she had all her hair down, you wouldn't be calling that a payot.

Either way, I don't see the point in making such a specific tag unless there are more examples. For now, asymmetrical hairstyle should be enough.
