Why is the site lacking some form of clothed-unclothed tag?

It's a minor fetish of mine, and it's something that should be easy to find, but there is no tag for it. For example, post #601927, that is a perfect example of what I mean, how is there not a tag for an image like that? Shouldn't we add one?
