Tag Alias: hand_to_own_chest -> hand_on_own_chest

Aliasing hand_to_own_chest -> hand_on_own_chest.

Reason: Because I just used the former by mistake, and we already have a hand_to_chest -> hand_on_own_chest alias.

Or would this just be too much trouble since it would lead to also making all the related aliases from forum #68858, like hands_to_own_face --> hands_on_own_face?

We can do the others if someone asks for them. Done this one for now.

hand_to_own_chest could be used for images where the hand is near, but not actually on the chest (I.E post #1128150).

-1. if i remember correctly, the very reason of the alias of on/to is to remove the confusion between the two. de-aliasing them defeats the purpose. besides, post #1128150 falls under hand_on_own_chest. isn't the hand of konpaku_youmu on her chest?

You're confusing hand_to_x and hand_on_x aliases with this.

The difference between someone putting a hand directly on or just to a chest is so minute it's most likely not worth splitting anyways.
