There are three different tags (nagi no hiiragi, nagino, and nakino) being applied to one artist on three separate posts and I'm unsure which is the best name (of if there's a better name) to use.

of the three,"nagino" is the best. ("nagi_no" and "nakino" are wrong)
but "nagino_hiiragi" may be more appropriate.
On the artist's website, the name is written as 凪乃柊. Would that make nagino_hiiragi the better choice?
ushirosugata. And the name, at least, isn't Chinese; ろ is hiragana.

宮田: "Miyata". Could also be "Miyada".
I'm not sure if I got the name right. Can someone confirm it?

Seems correct, if the kana is correct. But it'd be helpful if you linked to the wiki instead to post query, y'know.

This is an example of the kind of name that desperately needs to be qualified ASAP before it gets too entrenched.
Please make this artist koucha_(nodoka-123), using the pixiv account name.
Also there appears to be an artist named koucha already, with a dead pixiv account.
Edit: I'm moving the existing koucha to yoshitomo_(koucha). Made koucha general/ambiguous and left a see: note to the new artist.

Sorry for the lateness but I kinda used koucha_(artist) for that person. Would you still want said artist to be called koucha_(nodoka-123)?

Yes. Don't use _(artist) qualifiers, because they are not necessarily (in this case definitely not) the only artist named koucha.
