The hilarious thing is that the guy doesn't seem to have noticed that we actually have a favorites system. Someone should probably Dmail him and give him time to favorite all those before killing the pool.
pool #1984, "all". No description, no posts, no sign of any other activity from the creator.
While it does focus on Marisa's use of "da ze" it seems pointless to have a pool dedicated only to her use of it.

The pool is fucking stupid. Reading the pool description, it's essentially a pool for dark-skinned characters, and we already have a tag for that.

No it's not. It's a pool for minorities that aren't commonly seen in anime/manga etc., just because most minorities have dark skin does not simply delegate this to that tag. There are minorites without dark skin, and also simply having dark skin does not qualify for being a minority.
This pool is not pointless. Although like jxh2154 has mentioned, it could use a name change.

Yeah, it's mine. Stealthjet probably confused it for "Sean Connery is about to shoot you", which is about guns aimed at the POV. That one's for a lack of trigger discipline, because I remember a few posts where a lack of such led to hilarious results.

Both descriptions are simplified to "too much efforts to be spent on something". Besides, if you meant pool #2005 is just for ordinary actions and the other one is for battles/explosions, I think it's alright to merge them up. Separating them like that would make each pool less interesting.
