sonohara is back up now, although I'm still in the process of syncing over images that were skipped during the downtime. For now I've readded it to the DNS for danbooru.donmai.us. Recent images seem to be syncing over fine.

I have no idea if the new fans will resolve the crashing issue. If this site starts timing out again you can use hijiribe.donmai.us and I'll check in the morning.

Is this why the services are halted?

The Image Search is separate from Danbooru. You'll have to contact piespy about that.
