Generally speaking, we don't accept photoshops at all. That would be why it was rejected. Also as far as photoshops go, that one is particularly bad.

These were all very good pictures. I think the moderators might be overloaded (for example, I don't read Danbooru every day)
I doubt the mods are overloaded. I know I saw all these and deferred on them. They really aren't my taste.
Furthermore all of the posts I have hidden in the mod queue (via safebooru) 2.5 days old or older have been hidden by at least 3 mods and most of them at least 4.
That means at least that many people have seen and passed on them prior to their eventual deletion. That's not counting mods who might let them expire after looking at them without explicitly hiding them

I'm still pretty sure I see and explicitly hide or approve almost everything that hits the queue. I do sometimes get behind and see a bunch of stuff saying "3 days" (which means there was probably some that got missed) but it's not a lot. Part of the issue, I think, is that "3 days" can mean 49 or 71 hours... which would be an extremely important distinction for knowing how current I am or am not.
Still, even if I personally don't see every image, there should still be multiple other mods who do see it, unless everyone went AWOL. We certainly have enough people with approval powers.
(For the record, I saw and passed on those images as well)

I think this can cause a bit of confusion.
After getting a grasp of what I thought was really good "danbooru quality" art (I still believe it is), I uploaded a handful and found they were all approved (I was surprised when 2 made it to the popular by day section). This further confirmed what I thought was correct content, so I continued uploading pics of the same set by same artist; however, a few were not approved. This stalls my uploading, since I'm no longer sure of what's correct to upload.
So basically I concluded that there's a certain degree of luck when uploading, since maybe a few would actually approve a certain thing, and they can randomly be on vacation or not check the queue for 3 days. I'd also find it hard to approve without any kind of biasing based on the content(not trying to point specific people/images/tags out), which can also contribute to an image being approved or not. Certain pics approved now may have not been approved later, and vice versa.

And yeah, I already appealed them, 2 weren't reapproved, so I'm not going to/can't reappeal...maybe I shouldn't have posted a wall of text explaining why I think it should have been reconsidered? XD
