25-30 has been the suggested minimum for quite a while, not 10.

I'm sure there was a tag for it, but it seems to have been removed. There also doesn't seem to be any tags for the characters either. I guess the implication shouldn't be a problem then.

Moved any useful implications below 25 posts to the bottom of the list. Got rid of the rest.

blue_bikini's current wiki states that it includes aqua, though I don't think it should regardless of how undertagged aqua_bikini is currently.

Since I added the striped_tie tag to most posts under that tag (and this is why that tag seems to be concentrated in a few copyrights), I need to say this action to cause one post to be removed entirely: post #1174738; where a striped bowtie is used.

There's no reason to ask to implicate a 2-post tag, though...

EDIT at 1211 CDT: I eventually have found a large amount of pictures to be tagged striped_bowtie (mainly in futari_wa_precure!), so please also implicate:

striped_bowtie-> striped and bowtie

I'll also open a post for implicating bowtie to bow, but that's outside the scope of this thread.
