It doesn't really make sense to use nicknames in place of real names, especially since the nicknames are rarely used.
kishinami_hakuno_(male) and kishinami_hakuno_(female) would make a lot more sense.

I was thinking from the perspective of the series qualifier being there, but I do like your suggestion, and with a full name a series qualifier isn't needed. I'll do that.

remove alias female_protagonist_(fate/extra) -> hakunon_(fate/extra)
create alias female_protagonist_(fate/extra) -> kishinami_hakuno_(female)
create alias hakunon_(fate/extra) -> kishinami_hakuno_(female)
remove alias male_protagonist_(fate/extra) -> kishinami_(fate/extra)
create alias male_protagonist_(fate/extra) -> kishinami_hakuno_(male)
create alias kishinami_(fate/extra) -> kishinami_hakuno_(male)

If it's a spoiler, between tag autocomplete and wikis displaying alias directions on both ends we absolutely cannot alias spoilers. They'll need to be moved to the non-spoiler tag and a wiki made for the spoiler tag redirecting to the correct tag as well.

I'd be inclined to retain the Mordred tag instead of migrating them all to Saber_of_Red, although can qualify the Mordred tag. Mordred's original armor and Saber of Red's armor while similar do have differences in design. Mordred's armor (post #65866) vs Saber of Red's armor (post #1487487). Also Mordred being depicted as a red version of regular Saber (post #1143038).

Lumping them all under the Saber and other tag names imo is problematic as that itself also causes issues where using that name is the spoiler. Like post #1138582 the Berserker (fate/zero) tag on it essentially is the thing causing the need for the spoiler tag.

Can we not simply purge the Mordred references from the Saber of Red tag altogether? Why must we force these images under the same tag when there are visual differences between the two and the separation between them would remove any need for unnecessary spoiler tag usage. The "past" and "present" appearances differ, certainly to the extent that without labeling them the same it wouldn't necessarily inform someone that they're one and the same. Even more so given how similar most of the various female Sabers are in appearance.
