Users can't change tag category after the update. Guess You'll have to post it in the update thread and wait.
I fixed it.
There's something weird though: before fixing, I saw kuronuko neero appeared to be blue (general) in the posts, but it's purple (copyright) in tag index.
I tried fixing it earlier by writing artist:kuronuko_neero in the edit field, but nothing happened. At some point, I tried changing to copyright, but since that didn't do anything either, I gave up. It appears that this only changed the tag in the tag index. How did you fix it?

The reason artist: didn't work is probably because it was technically an artist tag that was appearing blue.
I've been able to fix cases like this by changing to copyright/character in the tag listing, then back to artist.

I changed the tag type directly in tag index.
It seems to be the caching issue according to albert's response in https://github.com/r888888888/danbooru/issues/641.
Guess I'll post here if users can't change categories anymore.
team_rocket should be a general tag, not a character tag.

Uh-oh, this was supposed to be fixed.
It looks like if you use prefixes, it will change its type in the tag listing, but not its color anywhere else.
I fixed team_rocket.
ninja & pom_poms look fine here, or someone fixed them with lightning speed.
dizzy is an actual character tag, which probably could use a qualifier dizzy_(guilty_gear)

Huh. I didn't notice that. It doesn't sound like a name at all.
Dizzy isn't really a taggable concept so leaving it unqualified is fine.
dizzy could be either @_@ or seeing_stars.
