Changed it back. Probably somebody uploaded an artist with the same name. He should be tagged kaiko_(artist) then.

Since I have no idea of how to convert mistags into character tags or other stuff (I tried editing kaiko with character:kaiko, but it didn't work), here's another one - "hylia" needs to be a character tag as well (as for who she is, she is the goddess prior to reincarnating herself into the mortal form of all the zeldas). :D Thanks for the edit for kaiko by the way :3

Tag type changing is not available for average users anymore. I believe this goes for member and gold. I don't know about platinum though. I had this question myself short time ago. Maybe we should put it on the wiki somewhere or create a system message that pops up any time somebody who can't tries to edit tag type?

It's limited to Builder+.
Although I think letting anyone change tags with less than 10 posts like before wouldn't hurt, so I'll see what Albert thinks.
